Meet Kim Peterson
Kim has spent her entire career in the mortgage industry, mortgages are a way of life for her. She began in loan processing in 1998, learning the grass roots of the business and advancing her career into audit, underwriting and team leadership. In 2005, she received an opportunity to assist a top female producer in opening her own mortgage brokerage. From there they grew a reputable firm and she learned the key elements that define a successful business, and has since been inspired to become a leader myself.
As her career evolved, she moved into a sales role leading an incredible team of five known as the “KPT” (Kim Peterson Team) and she’s been in the top 1% of loan originators in the nation for 7 years running. She’s learned her career is more than just offering financing – it’s leading a team, advising clients, and creating relationships with others to help them achieve their goals. In doing so she’s found her truest passion is empowering others to believe in themselves and harness the power of the real estate market to gain their own financial freedom. She’s excited to take this next step of owning her own mortgage brokerage, and establishing ourselves as a 100% Woman-owned Mortgage firm!
